The Rolex Sea-Dweller is the refined version of the Rolex Submariner, developed to become the professional diver’s watch. Fast-growing requirements in the field of professional diving, especially in offshore oil production, were the reason for the development of the new Rolex Professional model, which was first presented in 1967.

From the very beginning, the Sea-Dweller could boast an extreme waterproofness up to 610 meters.
